Staff

Here at Kids’ Domain we are very fortunate to regard our staff as gifts.  We have such a diverse group in our team - young, old, experienced, beginners, and many different ethnicities and beliefs represented in our preschool teachers.  Our diversity is seen as an asset within the centre rather than a challenge.  Teachers are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.  This creates a strong sense of belonging for our teachers and this is evident in the way teachers stay here for many years.  We have a number of early childhood teachers from overseas who refer to this place as their extended whānau/family.  The well-being of our teachers is nurtured alongside that of our parents/children.
